I’ve spent my career at the intersection of complex problem-solving and creative storytelling. As a Principal Experience Architect, my day-to-day is rooted in the rigorous: leading UX strategies, managing design systems, and navigating the nuances of agentic AI in healthcare, pharma, and fintech. I believe that for a product to truly succeed, it must be as accessible and responsive as it is innovative.

Strategy is only as good as the team behind it. I’ve found that my best work happens when I’m fostering a collaborative environment where every designer, stakeholder, and developer feels empowered to be open. Whether I’m guiding a UI team through a flexible interface approach or partnering with product owners on a roadmap, my goal is the same: to move from discovery to usability testing with a constant focus on the person at the other end of the screen.

 
 

Beyond the wireframes and the data points, I am a firm believer that imagination is the most critical tool in a designer’s kit. It’s what transforms a standard SaaS platform into a memorable experience and a complex enterprise system into a tool people actually want to use. To me, design is a process of listening and learning, then letting imagination create the path to something special. I never get tired of that journey—the one where we take a "What if?" and turn it into a reality that makes someone's day just a little bit brighter.
